Q:How does the subscription work?
A:Sign up today and every month for the next 12 months, your credit card will be charged for the number of grill meals you choose. Your credit card will be charged each month on the day you signed up, and then the grill meals will be loaded on your HuHot Rewards account the first of the following month.
Q:Do the grill meals expire?
A:The grill meals that you receive with the subscription roll over month to month, but be sure to use them by 12/31/19 when any unused grill meals will expire.
Q:Will I earn HuHot Rewards points for my Stash grill meals?
A:Yes! Each month you'll receive your chosen number of grill meals, plus that many grill meal points. Remember, for every 12 adult grill meals you purchase you earn a free grill meal. So even on the 1/meal/month plan you'll earn a free grill meal at the end of the year!
Q:Can I cancel at any time?
A:Please contact us at least 7 days before your monthly charge. If you cancel within 7 days of your monthly charge, your subscription will end the following month. Just email support@huhot.com to cancel your subscription.
Q:Can I sign up at any time?
A:You can sign up any time in November or December 2018, but this is a limited time offer, so make sure you get your subscription by the end of the year.
Q:How do I redeem my grill meals?
A:Just give your server your HuHot Rewards card, phone number or check-in code from the rewards app to redeem.
Q:What's the difference between Lunch and Any Time?
A:If you opt to subscribe to lunch grill meals, you will only be able to redeem them before 4PM. If you subscribe to Any Time you will be able to redeem them for lunch or dinner.
Q:Is the subscription available everywhere?
A:At this time, it is only for HuHot Rewards members in West Allis, WI. Guests can only redeem their subscription grill meals at that location.
Q:What if I don't want to join HuHot Rewards?
A:Guests who subscribe to The Stash need to be HuHot Rewards members so we have a way to add and redeem the monthly grill meals. We ask for your email and phone number as a way to identify you and to ensure we add the grill meals to the correct account. You may opt out of emails being sent, and we will never call or text you without your permission.
