It is with a heavy heart that we announce that HuHot Mongolian Grill in Joplin will close permanently after our final day of service on Sunday, January 4th, 2026.
This decision has not been easy. Like many in the restaurant industry, we have faced increasing challenges, including continued increases in wages and operational costs doubling. After careful consideration, we must close our doors.
For over 15 years, it has been our honor to serve this community. We are deeply grateful for your loyalty—whether you’ve joined us for family celebrations, weeknight dinners, or countless bowls built just the way you love them. Thank you for making HuHot a part of your lives.
We also extend heartfelt appreciation to our incredible employees—past and present—for your dedication, teamwork, and commitment. We are thankful for every one of you.
