- A:We have retired the BOGO Pass. No new renewals will happen after 8/21/23, but you can still use your BOGO until your next renewal date. The last possible date for any BOGO Pass redemption will be 9/21/23.

- A:BOGO stands for Buy One, Get One. In our case, Buy One Adult Grill Meal, Get One Free!
- Q:What is the BOGO Pass?
- A:The HuHot BOGO Pass is a new subscription for HuHot Rewards members in select locations (Arvada, CO; Colorado Springs, CO and West Allis, WI). For just $9.99 per month, subscribers can redeem a BOGO every day!
- Q:How does it work?
- A:BOGO Pass Subscribers have access to one free grill meal with purchase of an adult grill meal once per day. BOGO Pass Subscribers just need to provide their HuHot Rewards info to their server to to get one free grill meal as long as one full priced grill meal has also been purchased. When you purchase a BOGO pass, you'll automatically be charged $9.99 per month. You can cancel at any time, and you'll still have access to that month's BOGOs.
- Q:Can I use it for online orders?
- A:BOGO Pass can only be redeemed when paying at the restaurant--either for dine-in or carry out.
- Q:If I don't use my BOGO pass one day, can I get two the next day?
- A:No, daily BOGOs do not compound. One per day--use it or lose it!
- Q:How do I use my BOGO Pass?
- A:You can redeem your free grill meal (with purchase of an adult grill meal) just like a loyalty reward. Just provide your server your HuHot Rewards card, phone number or check-in code from the app.
- Q:Can I use it at any HuHot location?
- A:Not yet. We are starting out in Arvada, Colorado Springs and West Allis only.
- Q:Do I have to be a HuHot Rewards member to sign up?
- A:Yes, before you're able to sign up for a BOGO Pass Subscription you'll need to create a HuHot Rewards account or sign in to your existing account.
- Q:Will I earn HuHot Rewards points for my purchase?
- A:Yes, you will continue to earn one point for each dollar spent (post discount).
- Q:How do I cancel?
- A:You can manage your account by logging at huhot.com/bogopass. Once you cancel, you will still have access to daily BOGOs until your next renewal date.
