Welcome to HuHot Mongolian Grill, where you shape the experience and our grill masters bring it to life. Founded in Missoula, Montana in 1999 by the Vap family, HuHot has grown to over 50 locations across the United States – and yet every visit retains that same fresh, fun, interactive vibe that made it a local favorite. Today, we’re proud to be one of the best (and healthiest!) all-you-can-eat stir fry destinations in the region, offering a dynamic, create-your-own bowl experience you won’t find anywhere else.
At the heart of our restaurant is the belief that dining should be more than just a meal, it should be a show. That’s why we invite you to step up to our live, open grill and watch our chefs sizzle your selections in real time.
Our Concept
From the moment you walk in, you’re in control. Choose your protein – chicken, pork, beef, seafood, tofu (where available) – then select your noodles or rice, stack up fresh vegetables, and top it all off with any combination of our 12 signature sauces. Take it to the grill and watch it cooked to perfection on our epic grill. Finish with toppings of your choice, and keep going back for more – it’s unlimited! Our concept was designed for those who crave choice and flavor.
