Stafford Challenge

This January, we're introducing a new feature on our BLOG. We're collaborating with Stafford Fitness in Missoula, MT to promote a month-long fitness and health challenge. We'll be getting workout plans from the trainers at Stafford Downtown and Stafford-approved HuHot recipes. Plus, we'll be publishing updates along the way from a couple following the plan. We encourage you to participate in the Stafford/HuHot challenge and submit your results in comments section!  

Healthy HuHot Bowl

 

The Healthy HuHot Bowl consists of 1/4 Meat,
1/4 Noodles and 1/2 Veggies.
Add six ladles of sauce (avoid the oil) and you've got a tasty balanced meal!

Remember, one bowl makes a bountiful meal!

Healthy HuHot Low Calorie Recipe Cards

 

Take a look at our low-cal recipe cards to help you stay on course with you daily calorie intake. We have new recipes created by the nutritionists at Stafford Downtown. These recipes are all under 200 calories. Print our PDF to bring with you to HuHot.

Most of these recipes are low-carb too, but if you prefer to eat your HuHot meal with noodles, keep in mind the following calorie counts:
1/4 cup Chinese Noodles: 197 calories
1/4 cup Pad Thai Noodles: 200 calories
1/4 cup Yakisoba Noodles: 78 calories
1/4 cup White Jasmine Rice: 52 calories
