Secret: Mix all veggies and 1st 4 sauces and begin grilling, once the veggies begin to cook, add Mahi Mahi drizzled with sesame oil and once fish is cooked, add lime juice and serve. This has a great garlicky sauce, but the ginger and lime give it a lighter, fresher zing that is awesome with Mahi Mahi... even better poured onto a bed of mixed salad greens and a fresh lime.

Secret: Taste it, you'll see! Fill your bowl 2/3 full of spinach. Add pork and shrimp on top then pack it down. Place yakisoba noodles in the bowl, then add a generous portion of pineapple and some carrots. Make sure and add lots of coconut when it's done!
