What denominations do gift cards come in?
Our gift cards come in ANY denomination over $10.

Where can these gift cards be used?
HuHot Mongolian Grills gift cards can be used at any HuHot Mongolian Grill in the United States.

Do your gift cards expire?
Nope, our gift cards never expire.

How can I check my gift card balance?
You can verify the balance at any participating HuHot or by going online at: https://opticard.optinc.com/clientspublic.html

Do you charge a monthly fee after a certain period of time?
HuHot Mongolian Grills is one of the only restaurants to not charge a monthly inactivity fee for our gift cards.

Can I send a personal message on my gift card purchase on-line?
You can add a personal note on your order. It will be on a HuHot Mongolian Grill card that holds the gift card inside. Personal messages are not printed, they are hand written.

Can I order a gift card on-line and pick it up at my local restaurant?
At this time you are not able to order a gift card on-line and pick it up at one of our restaurants. However, you can purchase a gift card at your local HuHot Mongolian Grill

Will I get a confirmation?
Yes, after your order is placed you will get a confirmation page that shows your order number. You will also be emailed a confirmation. Cards delivered by First Class Delivery cannot be tracked.

When will I receive my gift card?
All orders placed will be processed within three business days. Delivery will depend upon the option you choose.

How can I track my order?

  • If you choose 2nd day or overnight options your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. We cannot track orders for First Class Mail.
  • To track UPS orders use your tracking number to visit www.ups.com/us.  There is a tracking tab at the top that you will click on and then enter your number.
Do you deliver on Saturday?
No, we do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday because of the excessive shipping charges.

What happens if my gift card is lost or stolen?
A replacement gift card can be issued if you have the card number that is on back of your gift card. We strongly urge our guests to record this number in a separate place upon receipt of their gift card.

What is your return policy for gift cards?
A gift card sale cannot be returned to HuHot for a refund.

What is your refund policy for gift cards?
A gift card sale cannot be returned to HuHot for a refund.

What if a store will not accept a gift card?
All participating HuHot Mongolian stores must accept a valid HuHot gift card. If for some reason a store does not accept the card, please contact HuHot via email at Customer_Service@huhot.com or at 1- 888-751-3461.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?
Only if you choose the first class option.  UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.

Can you deliver to Hawaii or Alaska?
We currently do not have any stores in Hawaii or Alaska. However if you want a card we only ship through First Class Mail. Please know that deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska will take approximately 7-14 business days.

Can you deliver to APO addresses?
We can only deliver to APO addresses if you choose First Class Mail Delivery.

Can I place an order if I have an APO address?
Yes, but only if you choose First Class Mail Delivery.

What if I my card never arrives?
HuHot will replace orders that are not delivered in 14 business days. The original gift cards will be deactivated and marked as stolen and new cards will be issued.

Can I place an order for delivery to Canada?
Yes, call our toll free customer service number 1- 888-751-3461 between 9AM and 5PM MST Monday through Friday or send us an email at gifts@huhot.com if you would like to have a gift card shipped to Canada.

Can I place an order for delivery in the United States if I live in Canada?
Yes, please call our toll free customer service number (TBD) between 9AM and 5PM MST Monday through Friday or send us an email at gifts@huhot.com if you would like to have a gift card shipped to Canada.
